Bruce J. Stewart retired from the United States Air Force after 23yrs of service. His last assignment was as the Air National Guard’s (ANG) Chief, Office of Cultural Transformation.



Since then, Mr. Stewart founded the i- GlobalNetwork which serves as a Management Consultant firm that specializes in helping organizations create healthy cultures.  The i-GlobalNetwork does this through a focus on leadership, diversity, and cultural change education.


Bruce has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s degree in Computer Science.  And is currently a Doctoral Candidate.


Bruce is an Adjunct Professor in the Social Sciences at Allen Community College, Ks and has lectured on diversity at MIT, the University of Kansas, and other well known academic institutions.


Bruce is currently working on a book titled, “Diversity2.0: Cliques, Butterflies, Bathtubs, Brown Eyes and the Radical Re-Making of the New Us”.
